Ex-deputy mayor of Nakhodka detained for molesting children?« Назад
While in a drunken state, former Mayor of Nakhodka Mikhail Kirillov tried to kidnap a neighbor girl.
In the Primorye region, the police have detained former Deputy Head of Nakhodka Mikhail Kirillov. Initially, the local press reported that law enforcers had detained an acting official, but the city administration immediately made adjustments to the released information, saying that Mikhail Kirillov had been resigned from the mayor's office three days before his arrest. At the same time, according to the media, the official was dismissed at his own request after law enforcers 'worked closely' with him.+
At the same time, the public is vigorously discussing the reasons for Kirillov's detention. To date, there are three versions.
The first of them is connected with violations committed by the official while serving in the Border Department of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Primorye region.
The second concerns violations he committed while being Deputy Mayor of Nakhodka.
The third version of the official's detention is connected with domestic hooliganism. According to the regional media, while being drunk, Kirillov tried to kidnap a neighbor girl. Concerned passers-by were able to pry the girl away from him. Immediately after the incident, the drunken official tried to escape from the attempted crime scene and hide in his home, but his neighbors detained him and handed him over to the police.
None of the above versions is official. However, there have been conducted searches in the former official’s apartment. It is preliminary known that Kirillov has been released.
